Production Process & Materials
Tooling is produced using high-precision CNC, mirror EDM and WEDM to create polished cavities that yield smooth, blemish-free silicone surfaces. Primary molding uses silicone compression molding for simple blades and LSR injection molding for complex geometries or multi-color parts. 2K overmolding or insert molding bonds silicone to a preformed nylon or stainless core for improved rigidity. Post-molding operations include automated deflashing, laser or pad printing for logos, silicone pigment matching, and controlled curing ovens to stabilize material properties.
Quality Assurance
We follow an ISO 9001 quality system and strict food-contact testing protocols. Incoming raw silicone is verified with certificates of analysis; batches undergo durometer, tensile and migration testing. Dimensional control is performed with CMM and optical profilometry. Thermal cycling, dishwasher simulation, and long-term flex/fatigue tests validate performance. Surface adhesion and print durability are verified via abrasion and solvent resistance tests. Each production lot is traceable and supplied with QA documentation on request.

Factory Capabilities
Our factory operates 15 rubber compression presses and multiple LSR injection rigs, supported by in-house CNC/moldmaking, mirror EDM and robotic finishing.
