MOQ is set according to the design. A standard model with your logo and color needs a lower MOQ than a new shape or size. Send us your design, quantity and target market, and we will quote MOQ, sample time and bulk lead time together. A sample is confirmed with you before mass production.
Q2: Which test reports can you provide for a newborn product, and does CE / EU cover my market?
The product meets CE / EU requirements. Newborn pacifiers are a regulated category, so the standards and reports you need depend on your market (for example EU, UK or US) and sales channel. LSR injection molding gives stable dimensions, and we inspect appearance, trimming and structure before packing. For custom colors, we confirm a sample with you first and use it as the reference for bulk production. Inspection levels, AQL and the claim process are agreed in the contract.
Q6: What packaging can you offer, and can I send my own artwork?
Standard packing is an OPP bag. We can also make custom packaging with your artwork, labels, barcodes and inserts. Please send us your design files and the market rules for labeling, and we will quote the packaging and arrange a packing sample for approval.
