Quality Assurance
We manufacture valves under an ISO 9001 quality system with full material traceability. Incoming LSR batches are validated for LFGB/FDA compliance, then parts undergo dimensional verification (3D optical projectors and CMM), slit geometry inspection, and flow/leak testing on purpose-built rigs using ketchup-like fluids. Every production lot is subject to cycle life testing, durometer checks, and accelerated thermal/chemical exposure to verify reseal reliability and hygienic performance. Factory Capabilities
Our production facility is equipped for high-precision LSR tooling and molding: multi-axis CNC, mirror EDM, precision wire-cutting for micro slit tooling, 15 rubber compression presses and multiple LSR injection molding machines for volume runs. We operate automated micro-slit cutting stations, optical inspection lines, and dedicated flow/leak test benches. Quality equipment includes 3D projectors, sealing testers, durometers, and elasticity analyzers.
