Manufacturing Process

  1. Two-Shot Overmolding
    A rigid ABS substrate is first injection molded, followed by a second shot of soft TPE or silicone to form a seamless, bonded grip zone. This eliminates adhesives and improves durability.

  2. High-Precision Injection Molding
    Utilizing multi-cavity molds with temperature-controlled systems to maintain dimensional stability and glossy/matte surface quality straight out of the tool.

  3. Spray Faceplate Machining
    Laser-drilled or micro-punched stainless steel/ABS plates ensure consistent droplet distribution and clog-resistant performance.
