Factory Show:
We utilize advanced facilities and machinery to ensure top-tier product quality. Our mold-making operations are equipped with CNC machines, Mirror EDM, EDM, and Slow-speed Wire Cut WC for precision. The production line features 15 rubber compression machines and 2 LSR injection machines, supported by testing tools like 3D projectors, sealing testers, and durometers, all monitored by a skilled QC team.
Additional equipment includes an AutoDryer Line, automatic screen printing machines, 3D measuring instruments, and die-cutting machines. This combination of cutting-edge machinery and rigorous quality control ensures the highest standard of production.
